The Point is a monthly christian youth event held at Park Road Baptist Church, Peterborough.
We can't wait to welcome you and your friends to this monthly gathering!
If you are at secondary school The Point is for you! The Point is run by CROPS in partnership with youth leaders from local churches. It takes place from 7:00pm until 9:30pm and includes worship led by The Point band, a challenging message and an opportunity for response and prayer plus our all new Cafe-Lounge at the end of the evening (with hot snacks & drinks, Point tuck-bar).
All the dates for 2018 -19 are on the download flyer and forthcoming speaker details further down this page.
It's a great place where I've been encouraged in my faith, I just love The Point!
We are so excited to welcome Hannah back to The Point! Hannah, currently a Master's student (Theology) at Cambridge, is the author of two fabulous and inspirational books: God's Daughters and Rooted in God's Grace both aimed at young people and published by BRF (Bible Reading Fellowship).
Holly, local to Peterborough, works as a families and children's worker for local charity Love Werrington. She particularly loves chicken nuggets and enjoys long walks. She is also an amazingly gifted musician and is currently exploring her call to Ordination!
Chedz is the Mentoring Lead for CROPS in secondary schools, an experienced church based youth worker and all out football, golf, and wood up-cycling fanatic! He will be bringing the next instalment of our 'I am' series: I am Connected.
